Thrift Market is Bangladesh’s first online reselling platform where individuals and thrift stores can buy and sell quality pre-loved items. We make fashion and everyday items more affordable and sustainable by giving them a second life.
Creating an ad is simple and free. Just sign up, click the “Post Ad” button, fill in your product details, set your price, and upload clear photos. Once submitted, our team will review and publish your ad.
Currently, we only support Cash on Delivery (COD). The buyer pays upon receiving the product.
Posting ads is free for all sellers. However, we charge a commission on each completed sale to cover platform and service costs.
If you receive a product that is not as described or is defective, you must contact Thrift Market within 3 days of delivery.
To request a refund:
Contact us on our official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, or any platform listed on our website).
Provide your Order ID, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup and issue your refund after the product is returned.
💡 Refund requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
